Shark attack! A giant shark mural here in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District by the artist Shark Toof that was completed during Art Basel 2011. I was fortunate enough to meet him while he was working on this piece. Really cool and down to Earth guy. I first encountered his work in 2010 when I came across a wheatpasted poster that read “Shark Toof ate your baby”. More on Shark Toof here.

“My Valuable Time”. London based artist Ben Eine who is known for his lettering created this mural at the Montana Compound here in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. He did numerous pieces during Art Basel week including one of my favorites with Anthony Lister covered here. More on Eine here.

Cope2 recently had his “Rise To The Occasion” solo exhibition here in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District for Art Basel 2011. Art Basel is officially over, but I’ve been coming across a lot of his work on the street. He’s already done a collaborative piece with Buff Monster which we recently covered.
